Waterfalls of Iguazu
The Iguazu River forms the boarder of Brazil and Argentina. This separation is amplified at Iguazu Falls. These waterfalls are some of the most powerful natural wonders I have ever witnessed. The sheer force is awe-inspiring!
Iguazu Falls extend nearly 2 miles (2,700 meters) in a semi-circular shape. There is a total of 275 falls that make up Iguazu. The most famous is the tallest Devil’s Throat which measures at 80 meters in height. The falls are protected in National Parks for both countries and these subtropical rainforests are host to hundred of rare and endangered flora and fauna. I was obsessed with the colorful butterflies that populate the park.

If you are in this region I highly suggest a trip to see Iguazu Falls.
